Queenie Keys & Co was a milliner and in 1938 was situated in 318 Sturt Street, Ballarat. Their advertisement in the 1938 Official Programme and History of Ballarat for its Centenary Celebrations reads as providing the "most up-to-date and exclusive millinery for ladies and children" as well as being "the noted house for infants', maids' and girls' requirements".[1]
