History
Richard Ford Was born in 1875, and succeeded Joseph Combe as Town Clerk of Ballarat West Municipality.[1] He was a council worker, horticulturalist, and park curator.
He died in 1961.
Legacy
Richard Ford painted the war memorial inside the Clunes Town Hall.
