Richard Hennah was born about 1847 to Richard Hennah and Sarah nee Rouse.

Richard Hennah worked at the Phoenix Foundry.

Richard Hennah died 22 July 1921 in his home at 416 Dawson Street South, Ballarat (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Ballaarat Old Cemetery (Area F1, Section 4, Row 2, Grave 14 - as Richard Henna).
