Richard L. Jenkins

History

Richard Leslie Jenkin was born at Broomfield to Andrew and Emily Jenkin on 01 October 1895. He attended Magpie Primary School. Richard Jenkin served with the 5th Battalion during World War One in France where he was gassed. He returned to Australian on 23 March 1919.

Legacy

World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour, Sebastopol Honour Roll, and the Magpie State School Honour Roll.
