Background

The South Yandoit Mining Company was formed on 01 September 1934 with 30,000 shares or £1 each. F. Herman, J. Righetti, G. Fleisher C. P. Marks, and J. J. Graham were elected directors. Mr. G. Barker was legal manager and Mr. E. G. Vawdrey.[1]
