Thomas Comb, formerly of Geelong, started printing in Dana Street (next to the Wesleyan Chapel)in 1855.
History
Born in Surrey, England in 1816.[1]
He was the publisher and printer of Ballarat's newspaper The Star from its first issue on 22 September 1855 to early 1856.
Thomas Comb was listed as a Printer at the Township Printing Office in Lydiard Street , Ballarat in 1858.[2]
