Thomas Radford

History

Samuel Radford was born in 1833 at Devonshire, England. He was a miner who sailed to Victoria c1864 on the Great Britain. Radford started mining on various fields over seven years, spending two of them at Clunes United Co..Radford left for New Zealand in 1872, where he rose from an underground manager at Thames, for mine manager of some of the principal mines at Thames. [1]
