WEDNESDAY, 7th JUNE. At Half-past Twelve o’clock. SALE BY AUCTION OF THOSE GOOD BUSINESS PREMISES THE TOLL-GATE HOTEL, MELBOURNE ROAD. BY ORDER OF THE MORTGAGEE. F. M. CLAXTON has received instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on Wednesday next, 7th June, at half-past Twelve o’clock, on the premises, All that convenient and well built property, known as the Toll-Gate Hotel, now in the occupation of Mr David Findlay, who is doing a very satisfactory business. As the Auctioneer’s instructions are to realise, intending purchasers may be sure of securing a bargain. No Reserve. Terms—Cash.
