The Victoria Hotel was in Ballarat East, Victoria, <1874-1922.




The Victoria Hotel was listed to be de-licensed on 29 June 1888.[1] It was closed by the Licence Reduction Board in 1922.[2]


The Victoria Hotel was in Victoria Street, Ballarat.[1] Victoria street was sometimes referred to as Melbourne Road, so sometimes that address is used for this hotel.[3]

  • In December 1874 the publican was Michael Tierney.[3]
  • In 1919, Mary Ellen Egan, Nora Theresa Egan, and Peter Francis Egan, were all listed as hotel keepers at the Victoria Hotel.[4]
