Will J. Trevan

History

William James Trevan was born at Ballarat. He was almost 24 year old fitter and turner when he enlisted for service during World War One in June 1916. Private Trevan (6138) of the 24th Battalion was wounded in France on 01 January 1918, and 09 August 1918. He was invalided to the UL on 11 August, and returned to Australia on 14 January 1919.[1]

Legacy

World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
