The Windsor Arms was a hotel in Ballarat, Victoria, <1892.
The hotel had several different names of the years:
The Windsor Hotel was in Esmond Street, Ballarat. The hotel was on the south east corner of York Street (formerly Esmond Street) and Dodd Street, Ballarat. Hargreaves describes it as being at the base of Red Hill, and one of the liveliest places in the "digging days."
